On September 2013 Spain introduced this innovative regulation for qualified immigration supporting the internationalization and professional mobility.

The main idea of the Law 14/2013 is to promote investment in Spain, talent, economic growth and creation of new jobs on local market.

GOLDEN VISA (REAL ESTATE)

The Law 14/2013, of September 7th, to support entrepreneurs and internationalization encourage the foreigners to invest in Spain for the residency purposes. This regulation allows anyone who purchase a property of a value of at least 500.000 Euros to apply for a residency visa. This very specific type of permit grants you the right to not only reside, but as well work in Spain and travel in the Schengen area.

GOLDEN VISA (INVESTORS)

Golden Visa is also applicable for the following investments:

• Two million Euros in Spanish public debt securities, or
• One million Euros in company shares or stock of Spanish capital companies, or
• One million Euros in investment funds, closed-end investment funds or venture capital funds constituted in Spain, or
• One million Euros in bank deposits in Spanish financial institutions, or
• Investment in a business project to be developed in Spain, considered and accredited as of general interest.

GOLDEN VISA (ENTREPRENEURS)

Third available option is addressed to any entrepreneurs who wish to establish their business of a general interest in Spain.
